Exceptional customer service is a key hallmark of a first class company and we believe that our team of customer service professionals ranks among the very best.  As a company we depend on them to treat each customer the way that they would like to be treated just as you depend on them for accurate information and friendly and prompt service.   Since this is Customer Service Week we will highlight one of them each day so that you may learn a little more about them.  Please take the time to congratulate them if you have the opportunity.   What is your primary role on the Customer Service Team? I am the Customer Service Manager.  My days are filled with chatting with customers regarding technical support, fit issues, custom applications, and manufacturer’s designs.  I work with product development along with our engineering team, as well being a liaison between production, shipping, accounting and the customer service department. What do you spend your time doing outside of Timbren? I like to take long walks on the beach, curling up by the fireplace with a glass of wine.  I love animals,  (especially BBQ’d).  I have a large vegetable garden, and like to cook and love spending time with my wife and children.  I am active in my local church, and I look for ways to help others where I can.    

Terry

What is your primary role on the Customer Service Team? I answer the phones and provide customer service to both our Suspension Enhancement System customers as well as our STi Trailer Suspension customers. I also coordinate all the Trade Shows our sales guys attend – flights, hotels, booth space, etc. What do you spend your time doing outside of Timbren? I spend my time with my husband, 3 daughters and 1 son-in-law. I’m actively involved in my church where I’m also a leader of a women’s group called the Sweet Life Café. I participate in various local community groups that help out those in need and I walk in an annual fund raiser to help conquer cancer for Princess Margaret Hospital. And on top of all that I play baseball and I love boating and long walks.

What is your primary role on the Customer Service Team? I assist customers with the design and selection of their new trailer suspension and provide service and installation advice along with repair diagnostics, and supply parts. What do you spend your time doing outside of Timbren? Outside of work I race cars, hunt, fish, play guitar and drums, hockey, and golf.

What is your primary role on the Customer Service Team? I do the receivables along with order entry and all the invoicing and sales reports for the day and month end.  I also deal with all the OEM and International customers. What do you spend your time doing outside of Timbren? I spend most of my time after work with my 3 dogs, watching movies and doing yard work.

What is your primary role on the Customer Service Team? My primary role on the customer service team would have to be ‘Tech Support’. What do you spend your time doing outside of Timbren? Outside of Timbren, I enjoy writing and guitar playing…

What is your primary role on the Customer Service Team? I work on technical support and order entry – I do a lot of that. What do you spend your time doing outside of Timbren? Lots of time spent baby-sitting my 6 grandchildren, camping ,and just being a mom to everyone.
